The Value of A GRI designation

A Graduate Realtor Institute designation is the real estate industry hallmark. The GRI designation is to real estate what the CPA designation is to accountants. Realtors boasting the GRI are set apart as masters of the real estate profession, possessing advanced skills and techniques.

Only Realtors who successfully complete more than 90 hours of comprehensive training can be called a GRI. These agents are considered the elite of the business. It is the No. 1 real estate designation in the industry.

Certified International Property Specialist

Global transactions are significantly different and more complex than domestic deals. From currency issues and financing to visa and tax laws, working with a REALTOR® who knows how to handle these differences can make or break a real estate transaction. Because of these nuances, it is essential to work with a knowledgeable and trusted professional, such as a CIPS designee.
